To whom it may concern, I contacted Mark Fernandez, of Matrix Solutions from a recommendation of another of his past clients, regarding the breakdown of my computer system we need, for the running of our company, I found Mark to be diligent and extremely experienced in the field of computing and he advised me of the correct procedure to getting the system back up and running.
